When you install an app it will also install the icon. If it doesn't then you have to download an Icon Extractor app. https://download.cnet.com/Icon-Extractor-2000/3000-2195_4-10396156.html1 -

The battery is not the problem. The screen is the problem, it starting to show some wear and tear. The bottom area has got burn marks and I noticed lately that these burn marks are getting bigger.1 -
